A good streaming connection depends on various factors like phone networks, topography, and building density. In towns and cities, we rarely encounter issues. For remote areas, we are fully prepared. We conduct full checks on all network providers and can bond signals to create a strong connection. In extreme locations, we use Starlink satellite at no additional cost, though we can't guarantee 100% reliability. If you're concerned, we can conduct a technical site visit for an additional charge. If we can't stream part or all of the service, we'll upload the recording to the private webpage as soon as possible.
Yes, we can stream or film both the main service and the burial. We offer graveside coverage and provide a fully mobile service to meet your needs.
We create a page on our website and send you (the client) the login details - see here for an example
On this page you will see your loved one's name and the live video window. There will be further instructions on this page for viewing.
Please note we do not honour any third party requests for the live link from anyone other than the client or the funeral director.
If the live stream has finished, an archive version will be available within a few hours on the same link. This link will be available for 30 days
Yes. The memorial page created for the funeral will stay on our site for a minimum of 30 days. We can also provide a copy of the service on USB or DVD, please ask for details.
Yes but we need at least 10 minutes in the room prior to the service and approx 5 minutes afterwards.

Good audio capture is very important for a high quality stream and a premium viewing experience
We provide small and discreet radio microphones for the ceremony conductor, readings and musicians (subject to package)
Yes the stream can be watched on any device as long as you have the private web address we provide.
We ensure privacy by locking the live stream to your loved one's page on our website. Only those with the provided link can view the broadcast, ensuring it remains private.
We understand the sensitivity of the situation. To be as unobtrusive as possible, we film from the rear of the venue and start the stream about 15 minutes before the service begins. We focus on the person leading the service and those giving eulogies or readings. If you have specific requests or concerns, please speak to our cameraman on the day or contact us in advance.
